In 2013, Enrico and Jacopo knocked on the doors of artisans in the Marche region with an idea: creating excellent quality men’s shoes at a fair price. How? By selling directly to the customer. From that moment on, Velasca’s team increased in size, and our product range expanded and diversified... a lot. Now, we are a lifestyle brand for men and women alike that offers shoes, apparel, and much more.
We design our products using real lives, places and occasions as inspiration; we aim to keep short-lived trends out of the office. As for product creation, we put that in the hands of expert artisans who share our ethics and values.

Velasca has opened a new store in Kronprinsensgade 12 in Copenhagen, and we are looking for a Sales Assistant (Part-time) with excellent sales skills, a polished appearance, retail experience with a mid-to-high-end audience, and the ability to embody our brand's values and image. You will report to our Store Manager.
The Role
At Velasca Copenhagen, we are looking for a charismatic and customer-focused Sales Assistant (Part-Time) to join our team. As the face of Velasca, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and welcoming in-store experience, guiding customers through our story, craftsmanship, and Made in Italy excellence. With a natural flair for hospitality and storytelling, you will embody the brand’s values while ensuring every customer interaction feels unique and personal.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience through warm, personalized service.
- Act as a brand storyteller, sharing Velasca’s heritage and craftsmanship with passion.
- Support sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored recommendations.
- Maintain the store’s visual presentation and stock organization in line with brand standards.
- Contribute to a dynamic, team-driven environment with a proactive attitude.
- Assist in day-to-day store operations, including transactions and inventory management.
Requirements
- Native Danish speaker with excellent English communication skills.
- A natural sense of style, authenticity, and coolness that aligns with Velasca’s identity.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to engage customers through storytelling.
- Passion for craftsmanship, Made in Italy, and the world of premium footwear.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
